Outdoor Yoga in NW DC’s Tregaron Conservancy

ABOUT THE CLASS: Expect a slow pace and gentle, full-body activation. Class includes a mix of reclined, standing, and seated movements with lots of options. Yoga beginners are welcome!
FEE: Your class fee of $14 helps to support ongoing stewardship and maintenance of the Tregaron Conservancy
ABOUT TREGARON: Tregaron is 13 acres of gardens, trails, and meadows in Northwest Washington, D.C.
GETTING THERE: Tregaron is accessible by Metro (Cleveland Park stop) and car.
ENTRANCES to Tregaron are at 3031 Klingle Road NW and 3100 Macomb Street NW. Street parking available near both entrances. Class is held in the Twin Oak meadow, closest to the Klingle Road entrance.
DIRECTIONS TO CLASS:
FROM KLINGLE ROAD ENTRANCE (CLOSEST, EASIEST PARKING): Follow the steps down past the Welcome sign on the left. You’ll come to another sign; take a sharp left (West) and walk uphill to the Twin Oaks meadow. Class is held near the large oak stump in the meadow. (3 minutes.)
FROM MACOMB STREET ENTRANCE: Turn left up the paved driveway and proceed up the driveway or follow the Bridle Path or the Meadow Trail toward the Lily Pond. Class is just South of the Lily pond in the Twin Oak meadow. Look for the big oak stump in the middle of the meadow. (10 minutes.)
